To meet customer demands and maintain high quality throughout, CC System has invested in a new screen printer for the surface mounting production line. The machine will make the production more effective through a fully automation of the screen printing process.
 
- With shorter programming and tuning time in between product changeover, we will be more flexible towards our customers, says Production Manager Mats Cronwall.
 
The screen printer manufactured by EKRA, Germany is a fully automated inline printer equipped with an advanced 2D inspection system that allows us to inspect the print result on every board before it leaves the printer. The machine is equipped with stencil inspection and cleaning as well. Together with the high accuracy levels of the printer this will boost our manufacturing capacity and give us better quality control.
