Strengthened organisation
CC Systems is facing a substantial growth in production volumes over the next years. Establishing the production unit in Penang, Malaysia is one important milestone in adapting to the higher volumes. Another milestone is the upgraded SMD-line.
In addition, we are strengthening the organisation; in june 2008 Jan Guthammar will join CC Systems and take on the Supply Chain Management position. Jan has a solid experience in procurement and global sourcing from companies like Bombardier, Ericsson etc. We are determined to set up a global sourcing strategy and operations that can support us and our customers in the coming volume ramp-up.
In august 2008 Johan Löf will take on the position as Quality Manager. We have been and shall remain committed to zero-fault deliveries and the effect of this policy can actually be seen in our deliveries today. However, we are not content. There is a potential to improve efficiency and productivity, especially in view of the increasing production volumes. Johan will be the driving force that takes our processes and improvement efforts to the next level. |
