The CrossLink BTC is a compact and rugged module for wireless CAN, designed for use in industrial vehicles and machines. The unit has wireless serial communication via Bluetooth Class 1. When paired with a second CrossLink BTC unit a wireless CAN bridge is established. This solution is typically used when connecting CAN networks on separated machines and vehicles.

The unit can also be paired with a CrossCode BT unit (see separate product description). This arrangement is intented for applications with a remote control panel where the CrossCode BT unit handles HMI-related I/O such as joysticks, switches, push buttons etc and sends these commands wireless to the machine.

OEM products
The CrossLink BTC is also offered in OEM versions. An OEM version can have an adapted hardware configuration and/or a customised software platform, e.g. a tailor made J1939 CAN interface.
