By placing I/O-modules and controllers in close proximity to the sub systems that will be controlled, the installation work is simplified and you do not need the long and complex cable harnesses that are usually a cause for problems. This naturally puts high environmental demands on the electronics used.
HHM MkII - Ultra-robust I/O-module with multiple I/O channels
HHM MkII is an ultra-robust I/O-module and controller primarily developed for forestry machines. HHM is used in the machines processing system and handles control of the harvester head. Environmentally, the HHM is placed in a very challenging environment; mounted directly on the hydraulic package of the harvester head, the HHM is exposed to large and rapid temperature changes, water and dirt, vibrations and shocks.
SCS2 I/O - Controller with voltage adapted I/O
SCS2 is a very robust I/O-module and controller primarily developed for control of container spreaders. SCS2 handles control and diagnostics for the entire spreader. The application has many safety-critical functions that put high demands on both electronics and software.
SCS2 has an I/O-interface that can be voltage adapted to 24 VDC and 110/220 VAC. This enables high flexibility and opportunities to use SCS2 in different applications. Environmentally, SCS2 is developed to handle the harbour terminal’s rough environment. Mounted directly on to the container spreader, it is exposed to saltwater, high shock loads and a demanding electrical environment.
RCS DEC - I/O-module for HMI (I/O in cabin)
RCS DEC is an I/O-module adapted to handle I/O in a machine cabin, i.e. buttons, joysticks, LEDs etc. The module is produced for open cabins and control stations where the environment can be severe.
