Our concept is to offer more than a pure manufacturing service; we are production partners. This means that we adapt to the specific needs that each customer has and offer a support that goes beyond the ordinary.
We target long term partnerships where we supply the first, second, third etc generation of a system or product. This way we gather knowledge and experience of our customers business, with our lean production plan this enables us to continuously improve process efficiency and product features.
Our production sites
With two production sites we can offer our customers the best of two worlds.
The master factory is located in Alfta, Sweden. With its high degree automation profile, the production concentrates on advanced electronics for tough environmental conditions. Other production areas are electromechanical assemblies and cabling solutions in low series. After market issues like service and repair are handled in our Alfta plant.
The Penang production site in Malaysia functions as CC Systems hub for the Asian market. The production targets high productivity and cost efficiency. With a labour intensive profile the key production focuses on harnesses, electromechanical assemblies and construction of electronics. |
